DESCRIPTION/STATEMENT:
Deborah is a self-trained artist who left nursing to pursue her interest in design in 1981. She custom stenciled and hand painted borders and murals in homes and businesses for over 20 years producing designs for over 600 rooms. Deb developed a wholesale company that created painted furniture and items for the home and sent out orders nationally and internationally. Moving on to designing, she joined a design firm, R Designs, in New York City and a short time later, started licensing her work to the home furnishing industry creating wallpaper collections, fabric designs, china collections and several illustrated books.
